Buttocks Lift or
Gluteal Lift involves surgery and the treatment can take up to two hours, depending on the size of the implant. Before the operation, the patient is administered a local or general anaesthetic. The surgeon makes small incisions in the buttock and then creates a cavity before inserting the implant. The incisions are then stitched. Buttock implants are usually made of silicone. The patient must stay in the hospital overnight and lie face down for 48 hours. The surgery calls for a week off from work to rest. Also, patients who undergo a buttock lift must avoid exercise for six weeks. The sutures are usually dissolvable and will not need to be removed.
Buttock augmentation, or butt implants, involves the surgical insertion of artificial implants into the buttocks in order to enhance their size and shape. This surgery is frequently sought by women who are unhappy with the size of their buttocks.
